I Precision aluminum alloy vibrating plate design, processing . Cooperate with optical fiber and image recognition system to achieve orderly arrangement and rapid feeding of fine materials, and provide a series of feeding schemes for ordinary stainless steel vibrating disk factories and automation design companies. It can solve the problem that the general vibrating plate is unstable in the selection of precision materials, and the shape has no positive and negative sides, so it is impossible to select materials. Especially for batch orders, it can have good consistency, and can meet the needs of customers to strive for rapid delivery and reduce batch costs. Aluminum alloy vibrating plate is processed by high-precision five axis machining center without any welding and manual operation. The whole process of machining, the surface of the vibrating plate is hardened, and its hardness and wear resistance are higher than that of the stainless steel vibrating plate. The aluminum alloy vibrating plate produced by us has the characteristics of stable feeding, low noise and good consistency of batch repeated production. The products with a maximum machining diameter of 600mm and a height of 250mm have solved the problems of difficult positioning of general three-axis machining centers, repeated positioning angles, out of tolerance dimensions, difficult machining of fixtures and fixtures, and slow machining efficiency

3、 cam . Through the software motion simulation, the design link ensures the dimensional accuracy. The linkage tool path is used to realize theoretically 3D space non dead angle cutting, and the rear tailstock is used to ensure the concentricity of long materials
